Hi all I am new to this site, and
I found it really difficult or even bother with looking after myself
Where do you find the time to do things like pluck your eyebrow etc...

A very tired mum who needs some advise

Thanks

Jane

hi i am too new to this site, i have a three year old and a 7 month baby, my parnter also has a 5 year old so like you i found it really hard to find the time to pamper myself and started to feel sluggish and quit down a lot of the time. my three year old has just started nursery so i now make sure that i set aside two hours a week for "me time!" this could be  just having a nice long soak in the bath and painting my nails, or going to the salon down the road  to have my eyebrows done. although they are only small things since i have made this time for me i feel so much better!! give it ago!  Cheesy
