Sleep - 16 week old that only sleeps in 1 hour blocks

Please can someone give me some advise. I'm going crazy here with my 16 week old son who will only sleep in 1 hour blocks all through the night. Sometimes I can get a 3 hour block at around 2am. At 12 weeks he was sleeping a lot better, even managed 7 hours a few times. He has gotten progressively worse. I don't know what to do.

The first thing u have to know that if baby has any pain or illness, so plz first let ur baby to a doctor for proper checkup.
