my two months old baby! adoption might be the only option

hello,i do not want an critics on this post because its a hard decision am taking,all i want is a good advice and help if available.I was scared to abort this pregnancy and now i have giving birth,she is two months old,very pretty but at my age i will not be able to take care of her,so am thinking on placing her with a foster family or get some guardianship or custody,my present situation does not permit me to keep her,i was so scared abortion will kill me and its was my first pregnancy.its so hard but i will appreciate you advice and concern.
