The safest car seat, help

Hi! I wanted to buy a new car seat for my daughter (she is 18 months old now) and I have been advised to buy a Britax Safefix. I am pretty crazy about the safety of my Gosia, so am prepared to pay the price for that. The best Price I found is around 230 pounds at shoppydoo.co.uk
Do you think I can get something better (safer I mean

) for the same money?
