Hiya everyone!
I'm new to this and was looking for some advice. We're taking our 11 week old baby girl to Spain for 8 days and I was wondering if any one had tips on travelling. For example...Mosquitos? Do they bite children this young and if so, how do we stop them from biting her. Tips for helping her painful ears on the plane. And stopping her from getting burnt (i know use a sun block and hat ) but any thing else i should know?
Thanks peepsXXX

Hey girl!

For the ears on the plane, I suggest you give her something to eat/move her jaws on, since jaw movement helps ajust air pressure behind the ear drums (that goes for adults too mind...)
Be careful not to leave her in the sun too much and take a mosquito net.

Hi

Def feed her upon taking off and landing during the flight to help with her ear pressure - there's info on travelling with infants at www.ebabycentre.com/bdtravel.htm

I'm not sure about mosquitoes though! Do you have an insect shade to put around her pram, that's what we have for our daughter and use in the summer to keep mosquitoes and flies away from her.

Enjoy your holiday!
