I am a researcher on a landmark documentary series about the human body for BBC1.
In the first programme we will examine our very first moments of life and in particular that all important first breath.
In order to get beautiful, clear shots of this, we would like to film a water birth. This allows for a more controlled close up of the baby taking its first gasp of air.
If you are having a water birth in the next few weeks (end of July/early August 2010) and you would like to take this opportunity to have the very beginning of your baby’s life recorded forever in amazing high definition (yours to keep), please get in touch so that I can give you more information and discuss the idea in more detail.
